By accepting these terms, an agreement is entered into between the company and the customer. For each order received, an automated order confirmation is sent out via e-mail.
We do not accept orders from people under 18 years of age.
All prices include 25% VAT
We send all orders placed before 11.00 the same weekday. Otherwise, your package will be sent the next weekday. Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you want to pick up your product from one of our retailers, contact us via email and we will contact you.
We send all our orders with Postnord or DHL.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays.
We apply free shipping on all racks, even on SALE. For orders of other goods, free shipping on purchases over SEK 1000 applies. For orders under SEK 1000, a shipping fee / administration fee of SEK 75 will be added. For shipping outside Sweden’s borders, other shipping terms apply. Please contact us for more information.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, GUARANTEES AND COMPLAINTS
All our products come from international, official suppliers of the brands we offer. We are authorized resellers of all products we offer and therefore complete guarantees are included. If a complaint is approved, Side Spin will bear the shipping costs.
If you have questions regarding customer satisfaction, guarantees and complaints, you are welcome to contact us. Side Spin complies with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (www.konsumentverket.se).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / OPEN PURCHASE
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any special reason within 30 days of receiving your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply fill in the enclosed return form and return the item to the same forwarder who delivered it, this must be done before the withdrawal period has expired. As a buyer, we want you to return your item as soon as possible after you have invoked the right of withdrawal and the right of withdrawal applies provided that the product and product packaging is in new condition, undamaged, original packaging and the receipt of your purchase.
If you regret your purchase according to the conditions above, we will refund all payments we have received from you for the goods you wish to return, including any delivery costs you paid to have the goods sent to you.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement / purchase. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
For repurchases, returns or exchanges contact us by e-mail. Please note that you may not return goods in packaging that has a larger volume than the packaging in which you received the product.
DUTY OF INVESTIGATION
You as a consumer always have the right to examine the product to see what its properties, appearance and function are. It can be about feeling the racket to try it. But you do not need to test racks in your practice. Should you do so or otherwise use a product in a way that is not necessary, we have the right to a reasonable reduction in value according to the Distance Contracts Act. Depending on which item you bought and how used it is, the decrease in value can be significant.
DAMAGE TO DELIVERY / UNCLOSED PACKAGES
If you discover one or more damages on a package, you must notify us within 7 days. Claims are made to the post office or the responsible carrier. Never retrieve damaged packages. Should you not discover the damage until you have opened the package (and the damage can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company), you must contact the person responsible and make a claim report. If any dispute with the carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.
Uncollected packages are charged with SEK 150 in administration fee (deadline is about 1 month for packages ).
PAYMENT & REFUND
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
Swish: Swish makes it easy and safe for you to shop online. By filling in your mobile number given that it is linked to Swish, you pay securely with the help of BankID.
Card payment: Allowed cards for payment are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by card, state the card number, the card’s validity period and the CVC code. uses a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made through DIBS, which is PCI DSS-certified and thus meets all the security requirements regarding bank and credit card transactions and is thus set. All information is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card information. Card numbers are not stored by Side Spin after the transaction has been completed. The total amount of the order is reserved directly in your account but is deducted only upon delivery of the order, but no later than after 3 days.
Klarna: We use Klarna’s simple payment system Klarna Checkout. Klarna is responsible for payments and refunds, which means that it is their terms that must be followed.
CONFIDENTIALITY, PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ADDRESS INFORMATION
When you accept our terms and conditions, you agree that your purchasing information and contact information can be used by Side Spin AB. Your address is of course necessary for us to contact you and deliver your goods. As a customer, you are obliged to ensure that the specified delivery address is correct. The information is stored and also used for information and marketing purposes. You have the opportunity to notify us in writing at any time that you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your personal data with the utmost care.
In order to be able to complete purchases and deliveries of ordered goods, it is necessary that personal data is shared with certain external partners. These partners can be companies that handle payments, e.g. your bank.
FALSE ORDERS AND FRAUD
We always recommend that you check that all the information you provide is correct before you place your order. In case of detected errors, we ask you to contact us immediately.
We have established a policy for how we handle cookies. We do not collect personal information via cookies, and information about the visitor can not be tracked using cookies. A cookie cannot start an application. The statistics can only be read as numbers and are not linked to an individual.
